The role…

We have a superb opportunity for a Spa Receptionist to join
the team.

As Spa Receptionist, your duties will include welcoming guests and
members to the spa, making spa bookings, upselling treatments and spa products,
show rounds, cashing up and general day-to-day spa reception duties.

You will
have a friendly and outgoing personality and a passion for service excellence.
Knowledge of spa reservations systems would be a distinct advantage, although
not essential as full training will be given.
