Harbour Hotel Southampton is looking for a professional, personable, and highly organised Hotel Concierge to join our front‑of‑house team at our luxury waterfront hotel. As the face of the hotel, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional guest experiences, providing a warm welcome, local knowledge, and outstanding service to all visitors and residents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcoming guests and assisting with arrivals and departures
- Providing local recommendations, directions, and concierge services
- Valet parking and vehicle movements when required
- Assisting with luggage and guest requests
- Coordinating transport, taxis, and reservations
- Maintaining the highest standards of customer service at all times
Requirements:
- Must be aged 25 or over (insurance purposes)
- Full UK driving licence required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Smart, professional appearance
- Previous hospitality or customer service experience preferred
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and evenings
