Alongside our destination restaurant The Jetty and HarBAR on 6th, we operate a busy and well-established Meetings & Events business, delivering weddings, conferences and private events year-round.
The Role
We are looking for an experienced Head Chef to lead our Meetings & Events kitchen. This is a high-volume, fast-paced operation where consistency, organisation and leadership are key.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality food across weddings, conferences and events
- Lead, organise and develop the M&E kitchen brigade
- Manage multiple service styles (plated, buffets, canapés)
- Maintain strong control over food cost, labour and wastage
- Work closely with Sales and Operations to ensure smooth event delivery
- Drive standards, consistency and continuous improvement
About You
- Proven experience as a Head Chef or Senior Sous in a high-volume environment
- Strong organisational and leadership skills
- Calm and structured under pressure
- Commercially aware with a focus on GP and efficiency
