The role… We have a superb opportunity for a Bar & Wine Manager to join the beverage team. As our Bar & Wine Manager you will need 3 years experience of working in a quality food & beverage outlet together with a passion for customer excellence. A passion to learn and lead with excellent interpersonal communication skills and flair for hospitality are essential. WSET Level 3 or higher for both Wine and Spirits.
