What is the role?
We are looking for 7 undergraduate students to join our Men's and Women's First team and Academy for the ******* season. The successful applicants will be responsible for age and phase specific analysis delivery with the support of the performance analysts and the inter-disciplinary team.
What will you be doing?
- You will assist in the delivery of high-quality footage to facilitate player development.
- Working with the most up to date technology and football analysis software you will contribute to the development of players through a video feedback process.
- You will be using Hudl software to support players and staff analysing training and matches.
- You will process video, telestrate clips and database footage, aligning to the player profiles and game models across the club.
- You will also present video content and data visualisation using Mac software such as Final Cut Pro and Keynote.
- You will also be required to assist full-time analysts with day-to-day ad-hoc tasks and any other duties. This includes, but is not limited to, fulfilling coach requests, and compiling dossiers.

Essential Experience:
- A high level of technical and tactical football knowledge.
- A good understanding of the elite sporting environment.
- Experience using analysis software, preferably Hudl Sportscode.
- Proficient using Excel, Word and PowerPoint skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Adaptable to different situations in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactive nature to tasks in busy and quiet periods of the season.
- Innovative ideas with work and willing to provide opinions to different work processes.
- Meticulous attention to detail with pieces of work.
- Self-awareness within a team environment and good at building relationships with fellow staff and athletes.
Essential Qualifications (including certifications):
Undertaking an Undergraduate or master's level degree in Performance Analysis that permits a placement year during the ******* season.
