- Delivering engaging and informative safety briefings and activity sessions.
- Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and company policies.
- Supervising daily climbing wall and high ropes activities, ensuring safety, quality and participant engagement.
- Conducting daily safety checks of all equipment and course elements, logging inspections and maintenance needs.
- Attending compulsory instructor training and competency assessments.
- Handle customer feedback, queries, or complaints with professionalism and escalate when necessary.
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks to customers at the bar or through waiting staff.
- Provide excellent customer service, building rapport and ensuring guests have a positive experience.
- Maintain a clean and organised bar area, including stocking supplies and cleaning equipment.
- Ensure responsible alcohol service in accordance with licensing laws and company policies.
- Take orders, process payments, and operate tills or point-of-sale systems accurately.
- Following company Health and Safety Policy and escalating any concerns.
- Adhering to risk assessments set out in your department to ensure safe working.
- Ensuring compliance of Health and Safety within your team.
- Ad hoc duties as requested by Management.
