The predicted salary is between 36000 - 60000 £ per year.
This role will support in building a new digital information AI centric project by coordinating the project, leveraging AI tools and keeping the project on track to hit its deadlines.
What will you be doing?
You will manage and prioritise day-to-day tasks to keep the project on track, including everything from market research, system/process building, strategy and launching. You will be one of the founding team members in this new initiative and your actions will carry weight and produce change.
Supporting in market research, helping prepare for launches, problem solving and brainstorming new ideas will also be critical aspects to this role, alongside communicating with internal teams and external stakeholders to support project activities.
You will be assisting with the development of tracking and project plans, schedules and deliverables, maintaining organised project documentation and records, both digital and physical along with utilising AI tools to streamline processes and learn new systems quickly.
Monitoring project timelines, providing status updates to project leads, supporting in the preparation of reports, presentations, and documentation with general admin support, whilst helping to ensure compliance with internal processes and project requirements will be key.
