The Co-ordinator will be responsible for completing all event planning and administration duties, ensuring effective communication between guests, team members, and other stakeholders. A key part of the role involves conducting detailed planning meetings with clients, and where possible, upselling additional event enhancements to maximise the value of each event.The C&E Co-ordinator will work closely with both the Front of House and Operations teams to ensure that all events are delivered exactly as sold. The ultimate goal is to meet, and wherever possible, exceed guest expectations by providing a seamless and exceptional experience.You will support the wider team in achieving C&E growth targets by executing detailed and accurate event planning that encourages repeat business. Timely completion of all administrative tasks related to event planning is essential. You will also produce comprehensive event sheets to clearly communicate all event details—including timelines, themes, and logistics—to the wider team.In collaboration with the sales team, you will actively upsell event enhancements and promote the Club’s special events. Building strong relationships with existing clients will be key to delivering first-class events and encouraging repeat bookings. You will also champion the use of our diary management system, ensuring it is used efficiently and that all financial administration is completed promptly.Being self-motivated and maintaining a positive, can-do attitude is essential. You will be expected to manage your weekly tasks effectively and work collaboratively within the team. In line with the company’s Health and Safety Policy, you will identify and escalate any concerns as needed, and adhere to all relevant risk assessments to maintain a safe working environment.To succeed in this role, you will need excellent customer service and organisational skills, along with the ability to manage your own time effectively. Strong communication skills are a must, as is the ability to remain composed and efficient in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
