What is the role?

We have an exciting opportunity for a dedicated team of Front of House Assistants to join us at St. Mary’s Stadium, working across the Northam Fan Zone and The Dell.

What will you be doing?

Our Front of House team plays a vital role in creating a welcoming atmosphere for all guests at The Dell and The Northam Fan Zone, ensuring they enjoy an exceptional experience.

As a key member of the team, you will provide friendly and professional service, greeting guests and assisting with their needs. You will also support the planning and preparation of events at The Dell and the Northam Fan Zone, including setting up and clearing away.

In this role, you will handle payments and process card transactions with accuracy and efficiency. Additionally, you will address customer enquiries, resolve any issues promptly, and collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless operations. Maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of front of house areas will also be an important part of your responsibilities.
