What is the role?
Southampton Football Club is expanding its Stadium Tours and we\’re on the lookout for confident, engaging, and passionate individuals to join our team as Stadium Tour Guides.
As a Tour Guide, you\’ll be the face of the club, delivering unforgettable experiences to fans, families, school groups, and tourists. From fun, interactive tours for children to in-depth historical journeys for lifelong supporters, you’ll lead visitors through the heart of St. Mary’s Stadium – sharing behind-the-scenes insights and club heritage along the way.
What will you be doing?
You will be responsible for leading a variety of stadium tours, ranging from short sessions tailored for children to full-length experiences designed for football fans and tourists. Each tour will offer a unique opportunity to showcase the rich history and vibrant atmosphere of Southampton FC.
You will act as a key representative of Southampton Football Club, promoting the club in a professional and welcoming manner. Your role will involve engaging with a diverse audience, ensuring every guest feels valued and included.
Using club-approved content, you’ll present in a fun, informative, and engaging style. Your enthusiasm and knowledge will help bring the stadium to life for visitors of all ages.
