Responsibilities

• Delivering engaging and informative safety briefings and activity sessions.
• Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and company policies.
• Supervising daily climbing wall and high ropes activities, ensuring safety, quality and participant engagement.
• Conducting daily safety checks of all equipment and course elements, logging inspections and maintenance needs.
• Attending compulsory instructor training and competency assessments.
• Attend appropriate mandatory training.
• Handle customer feedback, queries, or complaints with professionalism and elevate when necessary.
• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks to customers at the bar or through waiting staff.
• Provide excellent customer service, building rapport and ensuring guests have a positive experience.
• Maintain a clean and organised bar area, including stocking supplies and cleaning equipment.
• Ensure responsible alcohol service in accordance with licensing laws and company policies.
• Take orders, process payments, and operate tills or point-of-sale systems accurately.

Health & Safety and Additional Duties

• Following company Health and Safety Policy and escalating any concerns.
• Adhering to risk assessments set out in your department to ensure safe working.
• Ensuring compliance of Health and Safety within your team.
• Ad hoc duties as requested by Management.
