Southampton FC is seeking a Casual U21s Assistant Coach to support our Girls Academy with high-quality training delivery and matchday operations. You will contribute to the technical, tactical, physical and psychological development of players aged 16–21.
You will design and deliver coaching sessions aligned to the club’s playing philosophy, assist the U21s Head Coach on matchdays, and help develop Individual Development Plans in collaboration with medical and performance staff.
