About The Team We are looking for a dedicated and dependable, Team Standards Co-ordinator to join Southampton’s Fostering Service. This is an excellent opportunity for an energetic and responsive worker to join us on our improvement journey to become an invigorated, vibrant, creative and outcome focussed fostering service. We are seeking a highly organised and proactive individual who will be key in supporting the delivery of high quality, compliant fostering services and ensuring that team standards, systems and processes are maintained and continuously improved.
About The Role You will work closely with managers, social workers and partner services to co-ordinate quality assurance activity, support service development, and respond flexibly to the changing service and advisory needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Co-ordinate and monitor team standards, quality assurance processes and compliance with relevant regulations, policies and best practice.
- Provide high level administrative and operational support to the fostering team.
- Maintain accurate records, reports, and data using a range of IT systems.
- Support service improvement, change initiatives and audits.
- Adapt advice, guidance and support to meet changing service needs and priorities.
- Act as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of efficient systems and processes.

Salary: The salary band for this role is £28,792 to £31,022. The starting salary is £28,792 with annual progression through the salary bands.
