We are looking for a practitioner to join our Family Help service to support children and young people, and to help professionals recognise and respond to young carers more effectively. This role is about making a tangible difference to young people’s lives and supporting joined‑up practice across services that work with young carers.

What you will be doing

  • Work directly alongside young carers and their families, building trusting and supportive relationships

  • Support colleagues to identify and respond to young carers confidently and effectively
  • Contribute to early intervention and prevention, helping to reduce escalation of need
