Responsibilities:
- Support students during lessons, adapting resources and teaching methods to help them achieve and progress.
- Provide 1:1 or small group interventions and mentoring addressing diverse learning and social needs.
- Work alongside teachers to support learning and care in class, small group and one‑to‑one settings.
