Job/Person Summary:

The successful candidate will teach Mathematics to all abilities across KS3 and KS4 to an excellent standard and be willing to enrich the curriculum with their own knowledge and experience. The role offers excellent opportunities to develop working in collaboration with the other academies in Southampton. You must use a range of teaching strategies to inspire and motivate students and demonstrate a commitment to sharing best practice with colleagues in the department. We are looking for a passionate teacher who shares our desire for the highest academic standards for young people. A willingness to support the Academy ethos and extracurricular activities is essential. Early Career Teachers will be supported by an individual subject mentor and the wider ECT team both within the Academy and nationally.
