Key Responsibilities and Duties
- Lead the Maths curriculum across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4, ensuring high‑quality teaching and learning.
- Develop and implement innovative teaching strategies to engage and challenge students.
- Support and mentor colleagues to promote continuous professional development within the department.
- Monitor and analyse pupil progress to drive improvements in attainment and outcomes.
- Contribute actively to the wider pastoral and extra‑curricular life of the school.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to support whole‑school improvement initiatives.
Required Qualifications and Experience
- Qualified teacher status with a strong background in teaching Maths at KS3 and KS4.
- Proven leadership skills and experience in curriculum development.
