Southampton City Council is seeking an experienced organisational development and workforce planning professional to join Housing as our Team Manager – Operating Structure and Capability Building. This new role sits at the heart of Housing’s organisational transformation and aligns workforce planning, recruitment and capability development with service priorities and resident needs.
The post is part of the Learning Organisation & Capability team and reports to the Head of Housing Organisational.
