Fixed Term Contract, 12 months initially from 01/06/2026. Term Time only or 52 weeks available. Term time only – 39 working weeks per year, 44.7 paid weeks per year. Hardmoor Early Years Centre is a maintained nursery school with a 3 acre setting including woods, allotments and gardens, providing a unique outdoor learning environment for children from 3 months up to school age.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver best practice as Key Person in the Nursery Class, providing stimulating learning opportunities for all children to support their developmental journey.
- Uphold the ethos, vision and mission of the school and support the school in positively impacting the children within our care.
- Attend and contribute to a range of Professional Development activities, including up to 5 INSET days per year and other courses.
- Work within the school hours: Monday to Friday – 07:30 – 17:00 during term time.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education (essential).
- Previous experience in early years (desired).
- Enhanced DBS check (required).
