Term Time only role - Working weeks 39 weeks per year. Paid weeks 44.7 weeks per year. Various shift patterns available - opening times are between 8am and 5pm.
About The Role
Do you have a real passion for supporting children's learning and development through play and first-hand experiences? Do you want to work somewhere that puts children's needs and interests first? The main responsibility will be to work as part of the Nursery team in providing an excellent standard of care and learning opportunities for children aged 2, 3 and 4. To work with and support children, including those with a variety of academic, physical and emotional/behavioural needs, on a group or individual basis. Previous experience is desired; specific training will be given. Level 3 qualification in childcare and education is essential for this role.
About Our Partnership
We are a 6-school partnership including 3 community schools, 2 faith schools and a maintained Nursery. One of our schools is a National Support School. Our Executive Headteacher and Executive Board support other schools to excel. We centre on the child in every sense of the word. Our diversity and richness enhance the provision that we offer. 5 of our schools are located across Southampton and our 6th school in the New Forest.
