The Marketing, Events and School Experiences Coordinator is responsible for shaping how St Mark's communicates, celebrates and connects with its community. The postholder will lead school communications, digital engagement, events, publications and educational visit coordination to ensure pupils, families and visitors experience the very best of St Mark's. Working closely with SLT and operational teams, the role combines creativity, organisation and project management to deliver exceptional experiences and strengthen the school's reputation.

Core Focus: Marketing and Communications

  • Strategy: Deliver the school's communications and marketing plan.
  • Social Media: Manage social media platforms and maintain a consistent online presence.
  • Content Creation: Create engaging content including photography, reels and video.
  • Planning: Develop and maintain a structured communications calendar.
  • Publications: Produce newsletters and targeted communications in line with GDPR.

Operational Delivery Responsibilities

  • Logistics: Comprehensive event planning, scheduling, venue setup, and vendor coordination.

  • Media Capture: Ensuring high-quality photography and media capture are executed live during school showcases.
  • Evaluation: Carrying out rigorous event reviews, budget tracking, and performance evaluations.
