Requirements

Duties
- Initiating play in the playground and during the classroom during wet play.
- Supervising and helping children while they eat their lunch.
- Ensuring that all children are safe, happy and well-behaved.
- Administering basic first aid.
Working Hours and Pay
- Standard Hours: Monday to Friday, 12.15pm – 1.15pm
- Pay: £12.85 per hour (pay award pending)
- Please note that this is a Term Time Only position.

Safeguarding and Criminal Checks
Moorlands Primary School is committed to safeguarding the children at our school. This post is covered by the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974 (exceptions) order 1975 because it is a post which involves working directly with young people. If shortlisted for interview, you will be required to declare whether you have any criminal convictions (or cautions or bind overs) including those which are "spent". The successful candidate(s) will also be required to undertake a satisfactory Enhanced DBS check before commencing employment and an overseas check if there is any period of time spent living or working outside of the UK. Two satisfactory references will also be required.
