Do you have the ambition, energy and drive to be part of a unique and growing new school? We are looking to appoint a dynamic and enthusiastic IT Subject Lead to join our growing secondary phase at St Mark's Church of England, all-through school in Southampton. This is a great opportunity for an ambitious teacher to develop their practice and actively contribute to our evolving department. You will lead the development of and actively shape our IT Curriculum.
About the School: St Mark's opened the secondary phase of its all-through school in 2022 when the school moved into brand new facilities. The school is highly oversubscribed and quickly established an excellent local reputation, including a rating of 'good' in all areas by Ofsted in 2022.
Role and Requirements: The successful candidate will be keen to become an active member of the school community and opportunities for development are rich. With a rich diversity of backgrounds and cultures from our local community, the post-holder needs to be fully committed to inclusivity and hold a core belief in raising aspirations for every child regardless of their background and individual needs. Person Specification / Qualifications: To be successful, you will be highly organised and a passionate teacher with evidence of professional development gained within the last two years. You will be committed to inclusivity and raising aspirations for every child. You should be able to work across all ages within a growing all-through setting.
