The Governing Body is seeking to appoint a Headteacher who will provide clear strategic leadership and build upon the school's existing strengths. You will lead teaching and learning, develop staff, and work closely with governors and external partners to secure sustained improvement. This is an opportunity for a leader who can balance high expectations with compassion, ensuring that inclusion, wellbeing and achievement remain central to school life.
