Ludlow Junior School is seeking to appoint a highly motivated, compassionate and skilled Family Support and Child Protection Lead to join our dedicated team. This is an exciting opportunity to make a significant difference to the lives of children and families within our thriving five-form entry junior school. We are looking for someone who is passionate about safeguarding children, building positive relationships with families and removing barriers that prevent children from achieving their full potential.The successful candidate will:Act as a Deputy Designated Safeguarding Lead.Lead on day-to-day child protection and safeguarding matters.Work closely with Children's Services and a range of external agencies.Coordinate support for vulnerable children and families.Deliver family support programmes, coffee mornings and parent workshops.Help strengthen the partnership between home and school.Champion early intervention and preventative support.
