At HISP, we put pupils first—and we know that great outcomes start with great people. Based in Eastleigh, Hampshire, our Trust consists of eight schools across Hampshire, Dorset, and the Isle of Wight, providing education for approximately 8,500 students and employing just under 1000 staff. The Trust is led by CEO Amanda Parry OBE and focuses on "courageous, transformative education".
We are looking for an exceptional, values‑driven leader to shape and deliver our Trust‑wide People strategy at an exciting stage of growth. As part of our Executive Team, you will play a key role in building a culture rooted in excellence, ambition, courage, sustainability and equity.
