Hours: 37 hours per week— 52 weeks or Term Time + 2 weeks

We are seeking an Exams and Data Support Lead to join Regents Park Community College to support with the busy data and exam periods. Your presence will maintain the integrity of examinations in an environment that enables a student to perform at their best.
The successful candidate will be required to produce, analyse and communicate a range of statistical data concerning student progress to support and inform the Leadership Team and teaching staff.
You will lead a team of invigilators in conducting external examinations for students, ensuring that all regulatory requirements for the conduct of examinations are strictly adhered to and met at all times. You will assist with setting up of exam venues, checking examination packs, assisting candidates and actively invigilating during examinations. You will be required to check attendance, record relevant details, so good communication, both written and verbal, are essential.
The successful candidate will have the following key skills:
- have excellent communication skills and experience in theadministration of exams
- capable and confident of working on their own initiative or workingwithin a team
- have excellent IT skills as the role will require working with various ITpackages including the school's MIS system and Arbor
