About The Role
Inspiring, dedicated teachers improve our children's life chances and enrich their learning experience. We are looking for both ECTs and experienced teachers who are looking for a new, inspiring school teaching experience in either Early Years, KS1 or KS2. This could be a fantastic opportunity for you to develop and grow as part of a highly motivated and forward‑thinking team. The Leadership Team and Governors are looking for teachers who are passionate about changing children's lives. We pride ourselves on a rich collaborative approach to learning and offer outstanding professional development to all staff. About Our Partnership
We are a 6‑school partnership including 3 community schools, 2 faith schools and a maintained nursery. One of our schools is a National Support School. Our Executive Headteacher and Executive Board support other schools to excel. We centre on the child in every sense of the word. Our diversity and richness enhance the provision that we offer. Five of our schools are located across Southampton and the sixth school is in the New Forest. Our children experience a thoughtful, exciting and rich curriculum.
