After many years working at Swaythling Primary School, our Business Manager is leaving. We are therefore looking for a new Business Manager and are delighted to advertise this exciting opportunity at our school. We are seeking a skilled and motivated Business Manager to play a crucial role in our strategic and operational leadership. The Business Manager will work closely with the Headteacher and be a part of the Senior Leadership Team. They will have responsibility for assisting with the strategic vision and day to day operations relating to budget, finance, human resources, premises, health and safety and communication.
