We are looking for both ECTs and experienced teachers who are looking for a new, inspiring school teaching experience in either Early Years, KS1 or KS2. The Leadership Team and Governors are looking for teachers who are passionate about changing children's lives. Minimum qualification level is undergraduate degree, with GCSE in English, Maths and Science or equivalent. The successful candidate will benefit from one day a week professional development in the first instance and a comprehensive package of recruitment and retention incentives.
We are a 6-school partnership including 3 community schools, 2 faith schools and a maintained Nursery. One of our schools is a National Support School. Our Executive Headteacher and Executive Board support other schools to excel. We centre on the child in every sense of the word. Our diversity and richness enhance the provision that we offer. Five of our schools are located across Southampton and our 6th school in the New Forest. Our children experience a thoughtful, exciting and rich curriculum.
