About the Role:
As a Social Worker in our dynamic team, you will work in partnership with individuals, families, and carers to promote independence, wellbeing, and inclusion for people with learning disabilities and neurodiversity. You’ll be at the heart of person-centred planning, empowering people to live their best lives.
What We’re Looking For:
We welcome applications from qualified Social Workers who have:
- Completed or be ready to complete their ASYE programme
- A strong understanding of the legal frameworks underpinning adult social care.
- Experience working with individuals with learning disabilities and/or neurodivergent conditions.
- A commitment to inclusive, strengths-based practice and safeguarding.
- The ability to work collaboratively across services and with families and carers.

What we can offer you:
Salary: The salary band for this role is £41,771 to £46,141. The starting salary is £41,771 with annual progression through the salary bands.
