Are you looking to develop an interesting and rewarding career in an ambitious city? Are you, highly motivated, professional and friendly? We are looking for a Programme Support Manager to work in our Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) Team.

About You:
- Overseeing a Planning Team, dealing with the planning and delivery of all M&E activities.
- Support the Line Manager of a team of Programme Support Officers.
- Telephone, face to face meetings and email queries.
- Investigate complaints including those from Councillors, MPs and Ombudsman.
- Supporting/working with M&E Trade Managers and other Managers within the service.
- Working/meeting with the Client function(s) to oversee the appropriate delivery of both planned and reactive work.
- Producing compliance-based progress data and reports
- Updating organisational specific databases
- Working with finance and job costings
- Carrying out site-based compliance inspections and reporting accordingly
Previous experience and knowledge in this field is a must.
