The Southampton Fareham and Havant Legal Services Partnership is an outcome-focused service recognized for its dedication to improving the communities in which we live and work, and for delivering professional excellence. We provide strategic and professional advice and services covering all aspects of local government law.

We currently have an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic and growing team during a period of significant transformation and major project delivery within the Councils supported by the Legal Partnership. We have a vacancy for a litigation solicitor to join the Litigation Team, focusing on employment work involving ET claims and advocacy at the ET. The role involves providing advice on employment issues, prosecutions for the regulatory arms of all three Councils, licensing, and civil litigation.

To be considered, you should be a qualified solicitor or barrister in England and Wales. Evidence of public sector and/or relevant private practice experience is highly desirable. You will need to have an enabling and positive approach to solving complex problems and be flexible to work across a multi-skilled team, supporting colleagues regardless of the area of law.
