LEGAL ASSISTANT (PROPERTY TEAM)
The current salary is up to £36,362 plus benefits. The Southampton, Fareham & Havant Legal Partnership is an outcome-focused service recognised for its dedication to improving the communities in which we live and work and delivering professional excellence. Working to transform three Councils, we are committed to delivering real change. We are looking for a Legal Assistant to join our property team who are committed to delivering solution-focused advice as part of a wider Partnership Team that provides cross-cutting support in a fast paced, proactive and dynamic client focused environment. You would be joining a highly regarded, strong performing team reporting to the Senior Solicitor / Business Partner supporting the Council’s commercial and residential property estate management and regeneration areas.
We are looking for a Legal Assistant with a background as a Law Graduate or paralegal with a solid understanding of property matters or a keen interest in learning this area of law to support our property team. We are looking for individuals who have enthusiasm and dynamism and prepared to bring a fresh approach and drive to the team.
We work through a mix of hybrid working (predominantly remote with some in person team and client meetings), with adaptable working hours subject to meeting our clients’ needs.

Salary: The salary band for this role is £32,061 – £36,362. The starting salary is £32,061 with annual progression through the salary bands.
