We are looking for a passionate Assistant SENCO to join our team on a maternity cover role. You will work closely with our Assistant Principal/SENCo to support the day‑to‑day running of our SEND provision, helping every young person with special educational needs reach their full potential.
What You Will Be Responsible For
- Lead high-impact literacy and numeracy interventions
- Collaborate with teaching staff to embed inclusive strategies across the curriculum
- Line‑manage a team of dedicated teaching assistants
- Champion integrated learning and inclusive practice throughout the school
- Support the wider SEND strategy and contribute to whole‑school improvement
