Apprentice Resource Co-ordinator – Adult Social Care
Southampton City Council is looking for a highly organised Apprentice Resource Co-ordinator to join our Adult Social Care Continuing Healthcare (CHC) team. This role is essential in providing administrative and coordination support to ensure the smooth running of health funding processes.
