Holy Family Catholic Primary School is part of a 6-school partnership including 3 community schools, 2 faith schools and a maintained Nursery. One of our schools is a National Support School. We are looking to recruit a highly motivated and reliable Admin Assistant to join our team. The role of Administrative Assistant/Receptionist is central to the school's communication and administrative support team. This role is vital in the administrative team supporting the Executive Headteacher, Head of School, staff and pupils. You will work as part of a team providing excellent customer service to all visitors and enquiries to our school. You will need to be motivated and enjoy working within a busy environment.

Candidates will be expected to demonstrate a high level of competency in IT and excellent organisational skills. Experience of working in a similar environment is desirable but training will be provided. We are committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people and expect all staff and volunteers to share this commitment. This role involves working with children and young people and requires applicants to undertake a Disclosure and Barring Service check. The possession of a criminal record will not necessarily prevent an applicant from obtaining this post.
