John Lewis is recruiting a Stock & Process Coach for its Westquay shop in Southampton city centre.
About the role: The coach trains and supports Partners to keep stock accurate and available, makes sure stocktakes are completed correctly and efficiently, and becomes the shop’s expert on compliance, shrinkage and stock processes, working with shop management and central operations teams.
