S&W is offering a paid school-leaver trainee role in its audit team, starting in September 2027. Trainees combine client work with fully funded study and dedicated study time. No degree and no previous accountancy or finance experience are needed.
About the role
Working with a wide range of clients, from family-owned businesses and charities to larger companies. Tasks include analysing financial information, testing processes and controls, building relationships with client teams and resolving audit queries. Trainees study for the ACA (Associate Chartered Accountant), a Level 7 qualification equivalent to a Master’s degree, supported by a buddy and a learning and development team.
Requirements
112 UCAS points from three A Levels (obtained or predicted, or equivalent, excluding General Studies), and GCSE English Language and Maths at grade 5 or above.
