On Board Services Officer (Full Time, Maternity Cover) - Red Funnel
Red Funnel is recruiting a full-time On Board Services Officer on a fixed-term contract until 31 October 2027, covering maternity leave, working on its Raptor Class ferries from Southampton.
About the role: Leading the Passenger Operations team on board, in normal running and emergencies, and overseeing onboard food, beverage and retail. Hours average 41 a week on a four-on, four-off rota including early, late and night shifts and bank holidays. Supervisory experience in a high-volume customer setting is needed, plus (or willingness to gain) ENG1, food hygiene and STCW certificates.
