YO! Sushi is recruiting for a Head Chef at Westquay in Southampton city centre.
About the role:
Full-time Head Chef responsible for the whole YO! kitchen operation and the safety of the team and guests. Leads and inspires the kitchen team on food quality and adherence to spec. Advertised by Wonderfield Group (YO! owner).
YO! Sushi is all about fresh, flavoursome, authentic Japanese food, best known for sushi but also offering a mouth-watering range of hot street food. It burst onto the restaurant scene in 1997 in London's Soho with its 'kaiten' conveyor belt and colour-coded dishes, and now has close to 100 restaurants all over the world. The company works to make sure all its fish and seafood is responsibly sourced.
