- Trainee Drivers –£14.00per hour(usually first 7weeks of employment whilst you are passing your test and learning the routes)
- Bus Driversrate£16.00 per hour
- Overtime rate is£20.00 per hour
- Rest day overtime is£21.33 per hour

Bluestar began life as Solent Blue Line in 1987 and is now one of the main inter-urban bus operators in southern Hampshire, running services across Southampton, Winchester and the Waterside. It also runs Unilink for the University of Southampton and is part of the Go-Ahead Group.
