Leeds Building Society is recruiting a Branch Manager for its branch on London Road in Southampton city centre.
About the role: The Branch Manager leads and develops a high-performing team, makes sure the branch runs compliantly and efficiently, and supports members through financial conversations, including customers in vulnerable circumstances. Experience leading teams in retail, financial services or a similar customer-facing setting and an understanding of FCA rules are required.
Leeds Building Society has been helping people to save money and buy their own home since 1875, and still operates as a mutual with that as its core purpose.
