About Southam Selections
We are a small, family-run recruitment company. As we expand, we are looking for a Sales Executive to help us open doors with new clients. At Southam Selections, you aren\’t just a number; you are a key partner in our growth, with the opportunity to transition into a salaried role as the business scales. We are offering 6 months of commission at 20% for all roles that are filled with your leads.
The Role: What You\’ll Be Doing
Your mission is simple: Find the clients, and we will fill them. We need a confident \”door-opener\” who can identify businesses with hiring needs and introduce Southam Selections as their recruitment partner of choice.
Lead Generation: Identify and reach out to prospective companies via cold calling, emails and LinkedIn messages.
Pitching: Effectively communicate our value proposition to decision-makers (HR Managers, Directors, etc.).
Lead Handover: Pass qualified leads over for the business owner to close.
Reporting: Maintain a simple log of calls, emails, and lead statuses on our CRM/Spreadsheet.
