Sales Executive – Hybrid role (3 days at home) Flint – Acorn Business Park Up to £28k basic DOE plus bonus.
Southam Selections are currently recruiting for strong Sales Executives who can deal with new and existing customers for taxi / campervan motor insurance. You will be working for an Insurance Brokers who are rapidly expanding and there will be plenty of progression opportunities long term. There won’t be any cold calling, you will contact customers who have been online and left details for a quote. You will ideally have experience working towards targets and KPIs. Previous experience making calls would be great but they are willing to look at people who have a strong desire to succeed.
Working Hours: Monday – Friday 9am – 5.30pm. No weekends, no Bank Holidays!
The Role:
- Follow up leads provided by online quotes for taxi / motorhome insurance and convert the sale.
- Identify new leads and overcome customer objections using open ended questions.
- Deal with any objections from the customer.
- Work towards targets and KPIs.
- Fill in an online form and take all the customers details to get an accurate quote.
- Follow up calls to the customer.
- Deal with existing customers when their insurance is due for renewal.
