Southam Selections are currently recruiting for a strong Insurance Sales Executive who can deal with new and existing customers for Motor insurance. There won’t be any cold calling; you will contact customers who have been online and left details for a quote. You will ideally have experience working towards targets and KPIs and come from an Insurance background or have a desire to convert leads.
Working Hours
- Monday – Friday 9am – 5.30pm
- No weekends, no Bank Holidays!
The Role
- Follow up leads provided by online quotes for Motor Insurance and convert the sale
- Identify new leads and overcome customer objections using open-ended questions
- Deal with any objections from the customer
- Work towards targets and KPIs
- Fill in an online form and take all the customers' details to get an accurate quote
- Follow up calls to the customer
- Deal with existing customers when their insurance is due for renewal
- Deal with general inbound calls
- Work with their internal CRM and update customer details
