Southam College is an 11-18 school in Warwickshire. In 2021 we were rated Outstanding by Ofsted; in 2023, 75% of GCSE grades were 4 or above and nearly a quarter of grades were 7 or above. We aim to raise achievement at GCSE and A level, develop Learning and Teaching skills, and enhance the range of Memorable Experiences for students.
We are currently seeking to appoint an inspirational Head of Maths to join our successful team. The successful applicant will be an inspirational forward thinker with a focus on developing exciting and engaging learning experiences and a belief in our can-do culture where anything is possible. You will be a talented teacher with excellent subject knowledge and be well informed on current educational developments and initiatives. Values and passion for teaching are essential.
