It is an exciting time to join our school, with our new state of the art building recently opening. Southam College is a high performing and oversubscribed 11-18 School set in the heart of Warwickshire close to Coventry, Leamington, Banbury and Leicester. In 2021 we were rated 'Outstanding' for the third time by Ofsted. We are determined to build on this success by continuing to:

We are seeking a dynamic, passionate Head of Food to join our highly successful Technology Department at Southam College. The successful applicant will benefit from brand new state of the art facilities and equipment in our new school building. The applicant will also oversee a wide range of courses at Key Stage 4 and Key Stage 5, join a collaborative and supportive department and be an inspirational forward thinker with a focus on developing exciting and engaging learning experiences.

We are looking for a teacher with excellent subject knowledge who is well informed on current educational developments and initiatives. Passion must be at the heart of the role, and the employee must be able to enthuse and motivate others.
