We are currently recruiting Food Production Operatives to join a busy and growing food manufacturing company based in Potton. The company specialises in the production of high-quality meat products including sausages, bacon, and other pork and beef products.

Job Details

  • Location: Potton
  • Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday
  • Working Hours: 6:00am – 2:30pm
  • Pay Rate: £12.71 per hour
  • Overtime Rate: £19.06 per hour after 40 hours worked
  • Overtime Available

Duties May Include

  • Working on food production lines
  • Preparing and packing meat products
  • Quality checking products
  • Labelling and palletising finished goods
  • Maintaining hygiene and food safety standards
  • General factory and production duties

Candidate Requirements

  • Comfortable working in a food production environment
  • Able to work in chilled conditions
