We are currently recruiting Food Production Operatives to join a busy and growing food manufacturing company based in Potton. The company specialises in the production of high-quality meat products including sausages, bacon, and other pork and beef products.
Job Details
- Location: Potton
- Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday
- Working Hours: 6:00am - 2:30pm
- Pay Rate: £12.71 per hour
- Overtime Rate: £19.06 per hour after 40 hours worked
- Overtime Available
Duties May Include
- Working on food production lines
- Preparing and packing meat products
- Quality checking products
- Labelling and palletising finished goods
- Maintaining hygiene and food safety standards
- General factory and production duties
Candidate Requirements
- Comfortable working in a food production environment
- Able to work in chilled conditions
- Reliable with a good work ethic
- Able to work as part of a team
- Previous food production experience is beneficial but not essential as training will be provided
